2020 ALL JA 賞状

が、届きました。

JARLコンテスト委員会と事務局のみなさま、主催の労いつもありがとうございます。

改めて 結果を見返していて一番下に、感想・意見を見つけました。
あれほど議論のあった、直前の「移動運用をお控えください」のお願いと「マルチオペ中止」の是非に関する意見がごく僅かなことに驚きました。

主催者は建設的な意見を求めている、と信じる私は時折問い合わせや意見を送っています。
・4/5 マルチオペ部門有無の問いあわせ　→　お返事いただけませんでした。
・提出ログに意見　→　感想・意見に掲載
・6/7 移動運用の自粛要請をやめてください　→　コンテスト委員会へ報告、マルチオペの有無は検討中。

最近では
・7/17 '20 全市全郡、'21 ALLJA の 1.8MHz帯の有無　→　お返事いただけていません。

先日から Score Database が稼働し始めました。外国主催のコンテストのWebにはほぼ当たり前にあって、コンテスト前の作戦を考えたり、結果を反省するときに使っています。JARL主催でもこれができるようになってうれしく思いました。
World Wide DX のように、バンド別の内訳やログの中身も見れるようになればなおいいな、と思いました。

私もその一人ですが、世の中にはイロイロな方がいらっしゃるので、規約を諸外国並みにすると主催者のご苦労を軽減できるかも。

Conditions of Entry:
2.1.Entrants agree to be bound by the provisions and intent of ARRL contest rules.
2.2.Entrants agree to be bound by the regulations of their national licensing authority.
2.3.Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the ARRL Awards Committee.
2.4.All entries become the property of the ARRL.
2.5.Log contents used to determine final score and awards will be available to the public.

7.9. In all cases, the decisions of the ARRL Awards Committee are final.

XII. JUDGING:
C. Disciplinary Actions: In the event of a violation, the entrant is subject to disqualification at the discretion of the Committee.

1. Disqualified entries will be listed at the end of the published results and are not eligible for an award.
2. Notification of Committee actions will be sent by email to the address provided with the log submission. The entrant has five days to appeal the decision to the Contest Director. After that time, the decision is final.
3. The Committee reserves the right to change the category of any entry based on its examination of the log or other information.

XIII. DECLARATION:
By submitting a CQ WW DX Contest log, and in consideration of the effortsof the CQ WW DX Contest Committee to review and evaluate that log, an entrant unconditionally and irrevocably agrees that he/she has: 1) read and understood the rules of the contest and agrees to be bound by them, 2) operated according to all rules and regulations that pertain to amateur radio for the stationlocation, 3) agreed the log entry may be made open to the public, and 4)accepted that the issuing of disqualifications and other decisions of the Committee are official and final. If an entrant is unwilling or unable to agree to all of the foregoing, the entrant should not submit the entry or submit the entry as a Checklog only.

JA はで数少ないですが JARTS さんは明記されています。
※参加者のログは一般に公開される可能性がある。もし、同意できない場合はチェックログとすること。
【判定】
　JARTS運営委員会は、コンテスト・エントリーの審査と判定についての責任を有する。参加者にはルールの遵守と最良のアマチュア無線運用が期待される。
　コンテストルールの違反やスポーツマンらしくない行為があった場合、委員会の裁量で参加者は失格となることがある。

こうした主催者の毅然とした姿勢も、その競技の魅力の一つと感じています。
